 Linyi Tiankuo Foundry Co., Ltd (LTF) was founded in 2001 with an estimated annual production capability of 20,000 tons of wear-resistant casting parts. LTF is one of the drafting units of national standard, meriting of its leadership in bimetallic composite hammerhead. Aside, LTF's series of products are widely used in metallurgy, building materials, electric power, mining and other industries. Inorganic ceramic sand binder molding shell technique was adopted by LTF, and it also has fully equipped facilities, e.g. energy-saving steel shell intermediate frequency melting furnace, fiber trolley-type electric-resistance furnace, automatic core shooting machine etc. Moreover, LTF possesses advanced physical and chemical characterization equipment, e.g. metallurgical microscope, spectral analyzer, high-frequency infrared carbon and sulfur instrument, desktop hardness tester and other imported facilities. LTF has passed ISO9001:2015 quality management system certification, ISO14001:2015 environmental management system certification and ISO45001:2018 occupational health and safety management system certification.
LTF possesses experienced technicians who have rich manufacturing experience. Its general manager (GM)- Mr. Xianzhong Ping has been awarded many scientific and technological progress awards at the provincial and national level, including one National Scientific and Technological Progress Award, one Scientific and Technological Progress Award of the State Mechanical Commission, and two Scientific and Technological Progress Awards of Shandong Province.
